Cal State Fullerton’s Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning shares new data on Fullerton Forward, the university’s strategic plan — highlighting the campus community’s achievements and progress during the second year of implementation, 2025-26.
Highlights from the 2025-26 reporting period include:
Overall progress:
- 214 total outcomes were reported
- 96% of outcomes are currently on track
- 47% of outcomes have been assessed and met (i.e., whether an outcome is considered achieved by comparing the assessment data against the criteria or benchmarks for success pre-determined by the unit)
Progress by goal (% of outcomes on track):
- Goal 1- Enhance Support for Student Access, Learning, and Academic Success: 95%
- Goal 2- Foster Student Engagement and Well-Being: 97%
- Goal 3- Recruit, Develop, and Retain High-Quality Faculty and Staff: 95%
- Goal 4- Expand and Strengthen Physical and Financial Capacity and Community Relations: 98%
- Goal 5- Innovate and Improve Campus Operations: 100%
