My journey at Cal State Fullerton was filled with people and experiences that morphed me from someone who did not know what he wanted out of life into who I am today: a future physician.
As a double major in biological science and health science, I was at the intersection of what I believe to be two distinct, but overlapping worlds. Health science provided me with a firm understanding of public health and the sociocultural aspects of disease that impact people of all races and ethnicities. Biology, on the other hand, gave me a strong grounding in the natural sciences, especially in regards to the cellular basis of life. Continue reading in the Orange County Register.
