Get ready to unleash your imagination and marshmallow mastery during the Pollak Library’s annual Literary Peeps Contest, now in its eighth year.
With marshmallow Peeps once again gracing the store shelves, it’s time for participants to channel their literary inspiration and craft captivating dioramas that feature these adorable marshmallow cuties.
The rules are simple: Construct a diorama based on a book of your choice, using marshmallow Peeps as your artistic medium. Submit your entry form along with your creation to the circulation desk, located on the first floor of Pollak Library, by Friday, April 5.
Your masterpiece will be showcased during National Library Week from April 8-14 in the Pollak Library lobby. During this weeklong celebration, library visitors will have the opportunity to cast their votes for their favorite dioramas.
And here’s the sweetest part — the top three entries with the most votes will be rewarded with prizes. Sponsors for the event include Nothing Bundt Cakes, Cheesecake Factory, Costco and Urban Plates.
