Faculty and staff can now request university keys through ServiceNow on the CSUF Police Department website.
The new electronic key control process simplifies the request, issuance and return of campus keys. The system will reduce manual processing, provide real-time inventory updates and send automatic notifications throughout the process, ensuring efficiency for both employees and departments.
Once a key request is approved, the key or keys will be available at the CSUF Police Department, located at the corner of State College Boulevard and Gymnasium Drive and open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
