Since its establishment in October 2023, CSUF’s Commission on Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice has been diligently delving into campus climate survey data to craft a transformative diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
Through rigorous analysis, three overarching themes have emerged as the focal points for the forthcoming DEI Action Plan, in alignment with the university’s 2024-29 strategic plan.
