Cal State Fullerton’s communications class, Event Planning and Management, is proud to present the second annual Garden Flea Market, taking place on Thursday, April 18, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Cal State Fullerton.

The Garden Flea Market, themed “Arts at the Arboretum,” will showcase a diverse array of student-run small businesses offering pottery, jewelry, art, clothing, baked goods and more. Additionally, the event will feature student entertainers, with music provided by Titan Radio and live performances.

The first 150 student attendees will be treated to complimentary food from Baby’s Burgers, while other refreshments will be available for purchase.

Attendees will also have the chance to participate in exciting giveaways, with prizes from local establishments, such as Roscoe’s Deli, Wahoo’s Fish Taco, AMC Theatres, Titan Shops, Celsius and more.

Admission to the event is free. For more information on the Garden Flea Market, please visit the Instagram page. For more information about the Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Cal State Fullerton, visit its website.

About Event Planning and Management

The Event Planning and Management course offers students hands-on experience in event planning. Last semester, students created the event, conducted research and met with specialists to fine-tune their planning. This semester, students will oversee the event from beginning to end and promote the event to the campus and local community. This course offers other sections that cover events such as Comm Week and the Newport Beach Film Festival. For more information, visit the College of Communications website.
