Step up for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October and Men’s Health Awareness Month in “Movember.” The Defeat the “C” walk will take place 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 27, starting at the Promenade entrance by Langsdorf Hall. Meet at the starting point or along the route to cheer participants on.

The first 100 participants will receive pink ribbons and stick-on mustaches. Participants are encouraged to bring posters to carry during the walk and post photos on social media, using #CSUFDefeatC and tagging @csufhrie for a chance to be featured on the Division of Human Resources and Inclusive Excellence social media accounts. All participants are welcome, and they can wear pink for breast cancer awareness or wear a mustache to support men’s health.

Together, Titans can show up and walk proudly to support these important causes.
