On July 11 from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m., join the Total Wellness team on the south side of KHS for Kaiser’s Mobile Health Truck.
Biometrics Screenings will be available for all participants including:
– Blood Pressure
– Glucose
– Cholesterol
– Height, Weight, and BMI Calculation
– Flu Shots (if available)

After your account has been created, select an event by clicking “Choose Event,” and choose your desired appointment time.
