• As of fall 2024, CSUF has 2,236 instructional faculty — the highest number in the last 11 years.
• From fall 2019 through fall 2024, underrepresented instructional faculty have increased from 14.4% to 20.8%.
• As of fall 2024, CSUF has 1,991 staff — the highest number in the last 11 years.
• From fall 2019 through fall 2024, underrepresented staff have increased from 37.7% to 45.3%.

Underrepresented is defined as any member of the university who has identified their race/ethnicity as American Indian or Alaska Native, Black or African American, Hispanic, and Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander.
