Cal State Fullerton’s Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning shares employee highlights from fall 2024. Discover how CSUF faculty and staff have increased since 2019, based on Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System HR data.

  • As of fall 2024, CSUF has 2,236 instructional faculty the highest number in the last 11 years.
  • From fall 2019 through fall 2024, underrepresented instructional faculty have increased from 14.4% to 20.8%.
  • As of fall 2024, CSUF has 1,991 staff the highest number in the last 11 years.
  • From fall 2019 through fall 2024, underrepresented staff have increased from 37.7% to 45.3%.

Underrepresented is defined as any member of the university who has identified their race/ethnicity as American Indian or Alaska Native, Black or African American, Hispanic, and Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander.
