Beginning Monday, Feb. 5, the Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation Account Setup Forms will be automated through the ServiceNow portal on the foundation website.
The automated workflow will streamline the approval process for Account Setup Forms. Department heads, delegated account signers and report viewers can now conveniently approve forms from any location and on any device. Requesters will have the ability to track the approval status of their Account Setup Forms through the ServiceNow system.
To facilitate a smooth transition, the foundation will temporarily accept approved PDF forms. During this period, both automated and PDF processes will be accommodated.
