Beginning Monday, July 10, automation of the new Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation check request form will be available through the ServiceNow portal. This new automated procedure will enhance the approval process by providing users with the ability to access this form from any location and on any device. The new system will also allow requesters to track approval status.
Any paper-based PDF forms sent prior to July 10 will continue to be processed and completed. To assist with the transition, we will temporarily accept approved PDF forms, but they must be uploaded into the new ServiceNow portal.
