Thuyuyen Nguyen ‘02, ‘05 (B.A. business administration – information systems, M.S. information systems), lecturer in information systems and decision sciences, and Michael Newby, lecturer emeritus in ISDS, are winners of an Emerald Literati Network Outstanding Paper Award for co-authoring “Understanding Customer Relationship Management Technology Adoption in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” published in Vol. 27, No. 5, of the Journal of Enterprise Information Management.
