Cal State Fullerton joins 19 other California State University campuses among the top institutions of higher education helping low-income students find financial success, according to the “Social Mobility Index” developed by PayScale and CollegeNET.
The index measures the extent to which a college or university educates more economically disadvantaged students at lower tuition, so they can graduate and obtain well paying jobs.
