Cal State Fullerton’s Center for Family Business will celebrate the contributions of family businesses during its second annual Hall of Fame Induction Celebration Tuesday, March 15, at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library in Yorba Linda.

Keynote speaker will be Tony Simmons, CEO of McIlhenny Company, makers of Tabasco Sauce. He is the great-great-grandson of Edward McIlhenny, creator of the hot sauce made from Tabasco peppers.

Nominations are now being sought for Southern California-based family owned companies to be recognized in the categories of excellence in community, strength in succession, founder’s vision and commitment to education.

Deadline for nominations is Monday, Feb. 15, and can be made online.

The program will be held from 4:30 – 6 p.m. For ticket and sponsorship information, call 657-278-7431.
