Freshmen and transfer students who have been admitted for the fall arrived with family members to learn more about the campus, academic programs, student life, housing and services during the University’s annual “Welcome to California State University, Fullerton Day” event.

Nearly 8,000 were on campus Saturday, April 9, attending presentations on financial aid, on-campus housing, getting ready for summer orientation and making the most of your college experience. Programs in Spanish, for Spanish-speaking parents, also were offered.

Among those who welcomed attendees to campus were: Berenecea Johnson Eanes, vice president for student affairs; Darren Bush, interim associate vice president for student affairs; Jordan Poblete, director of the CSUF Alumni Association; Alexandra Beltran, incoming Associated Students Inc. president; and Tuffy Titan.
