Lucia Alcala, assistant professor of psychology, and Patrice Waller, assistant professor of secondary education, are among 18 ELEVATE Fellows selected from across the country. Both educators joined CSUF last fall.

ELEVATE — Enriching Learning, Enhancing Visibility and Training Educators — provides hands-on workshops and informal discussions on such topics as grant writing, creating a research agenda, expanding global education, teaching and mentoring.
