University’s 2012 Property Acquisition Gets a New Name

The sign has been removed and Cal State Fullerton staff and administrators have moved into one of the two buildings that used to be known as Western State University College of Law (now currently located in Irvine).

The building complex, at the corner of State College Boulevard and Dorothy Lane, has a new name, “Titan Hall,” reflecting that the complex is a part of the University.

The CSUF Auxiliary Services Corp. purchased the buildings in 2012 and entered into a lease-back arrangement with Western State College, allowing the law college to remain in the building until last year.

Last fall, ASC, the Office of Grants and Contracts, Research and Sponsored Programs, and the Center for Demographic Research moved into smaller of the two buildings on the site. The second and larger building is undergoing seismic retrofitting before additional campus departments move in.
