CSUF Aims to Defend National #MyTopCollege Social Media Title

It’s that time of year again. Cal State Fullerton is looking to defend its national @ForbesEdu #MyTopCollege title for the sixth time.

To help celebrate school spirit, Forbes runs the annual social media campaign, which encourages students, faculty, staff and alumni to share the reasons why they love their university.

Last year, CSUF finished No. 1 in the large school division and has won the title five years in a row. In 2014, the competition’s inaugural year, CSUF was the top university in the nation.

This year’s theme is “time travel.” Over the course of the next few weeks, Forbes will be asking students, faculty, staff and alumni to relive their memories of CSUF, talk about what’s happening at the school now and what excites you about the future. Each week, a new topic will be announced on Twitter. This week’s prompt is, “What is your favorite memory from CSUF?”

The contest started June 17. For your post to count, you must include the hashtag #MyTopCollege and our handle @csuf on your Twitter and Instagram posts. The contest ends Aug. 9.

Share what you love about CSUF and post beautiful campus images, pictures of friends you made at the university, professors, campus events, and most importantly, photos and descriptions that explain why you love CSUF. The key element is to make sure you include @CSUF in your post, along with #MyTopCollege on Twitter and Instagram.
