Women’s Soccer Falls at USC in NCAA Tournament

Cal State Fullerton women’s soccer fell in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 16, at USC by a score of 5-1. Penelope Hocking of USC scored four goals to lead the Women of Troy to victory.

Senior Atlanta Primus, the 2019 Big West Midfielder of the Year, scored her 12th goal of the season to pull one back for the Titans. She found space behind the defense and had her initial shot blocked but stuck with it and buried the rebound.

It was a special year for the Titans as they posted a school-record, 16-match unbeaten streak, winning the Big West regular-season title and Big West Tournament title. Continue reading in Titan Athletics.
