With more and more people having access to the internet in the palm of their hands, at what point does a quick distraction become an addiction? 

Ester Gonzalez, associate professor of information systems and decision sciences at Cal State Fullerton, co-authored the study “Internet Addiction: When the Positive Emotions Are Not so Positive,” published in Technology in Society. She discussed the signs users should be aware of before it’s too late.
