Mihaylo Delegation Builds Bridges Between CSUF and Vietnam

To gain insight on Southeast Asia’s growing economy, a group of Cal State Fullerton students, faculty and staff recently visited Vietnam.

The delegation included Ed Hart, director of the Center for Family Business; Tam Nguyen ’05 (MBA), president of Advance Beauty College; Linh Nguyen ’98, ’17 (B.A. business administration-management, MBA); Tami Bui, associate vice president for government and community relations; and students from the “Family Business Dynamics” course. 

The group experienced the country’s booming economy by touring an employee stock ownership company. They then visited a factory and farm run by CSUF alumni. Hart led the excursion to broaden students’ perspectives on business and the future of Southeast Asia’s impact.
