Pollak Library is hosting a two-day open house Nov. 17 and 18, designed for faculty, staff and administrators. It features tours of the facility, opportunities to meet librarians and staff, as well as hear talks and watch demonstrations of key services.
Each day’s main program of 60-90 minutes will include a library update and information about future directions, as well as short talks on research assistance, scheduling library instruction sessions, streaming video, affordable learning options and library high-impact practices. Two types of tours are offered: exhibits program tours, and archives and digitization tours. Tours begin in the Rotarty Club of Fullerton Room 130.
The open house also will be an opportunity to meet librarians and staff who are experts in various scholarly disciplines.
Registration and a program schedule are online.
