Pop-up shops, pot-glazing workshops and guest speakers are among the many activities in store April 10-15 during Arts Week 2016 with a full program of events showcasing all disciplines of the College of the Arts.
Arts Week kicks off with a 1 p.m. watercolor exhibition Sunday, April 10 at the Fullerton Arboretum. Lawrence Yun, professor of art, will showcase his students’ Arboretum-inspired paintings as the Fullerton Latin Ensemble plays. Other highlights include:

Dean Dale Merrill shares pizza and quality time with students to address questions and comments about the College of the Arts.

Hosted by the Financial Literacy Program
The University’s Financial Literacy Program hosts “#MoneyM@tter$,” a 35-minute, student-performed musical that highlights monetary challenges and tips toward financial wellness. Also playing at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 13 and at 4 p.m. Friday, April 15.

Promenade between Clayes Performing Arts Center and Visual Arts Center
Students can get free headshots and have an industry professional and a College of the Arts career specialist review their resumes and portfolios, then treat themselves to a massage and puppy therapy.

Hear the unique sounds of the Grammy-nominated group Trio Ellas.
Sand Casting and Hot Glass Demo
