The Fullerton Arboretum kicks off a new series of culinary classes Thursday, April 21, with a program on food and wine pairing.
The three-program series, which continues through June, will be taught by Laurent Brazier of La Cuisine Culinary Arts in Costa Mesa. All programs are offered at 6 p.m. Cost is $229 for all three classes; $199 for Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum. The bundle of all three classes must be paid prior to the Thursday night program. Individual classes are $90 non members, $80 member price.
