Aristote Matshoko ’12, a Mihaylo College of Business and Economics alumnus, has adopted that motto as the founder of BONNI, an ecologically and socially responsible bamboo toothbrush concept that gives one toothbrush to the poor or homeless in Europe or Africa for every brush purchased by consumers.
He recently diversified the company’s quest, with wood products to cover iPhones and laptops. Matshoko’s entrepreneurship is part of the trend of social enterprises, combining for-profit motivation with philanthropy. Continue reading.
