The Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Programs invites campus members to take part in “Bring a Child to Work Day” April 25 across campus. The effort encourages staff members to consider bringing a younger sibling, cousin, niece, nephew or grandchild to campus to give them an idea of what it’s like on a college campus.
Participants are asked to register in advance, then check in at 8:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. at tables set up along the walkway between the Pollak Library and the Titan Student Union. Then the fun begins with campus tours, short films and a visit with Tuffy Titan. Office visits begin at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The day concludes with a 3 p.m. social event.
