Art is never easily understood. There are hundreds of ways a viewer can interpret and react to an artist’s work, but the beauty of art is that to each person that reaction is unique.
As a Cal State Fullerton graduate student curator for the “Colores de la Vida” exhibition at the Consulate of Mexico, in Santa Ana, I have chosen pieces from the student collection at the CSUF Nicholas & Lee Begovich Gallery that invoke elegant and cultural emotions for the viewer.
