The Communicative Disorders program in the Department of Human Communication Studies will offer a new, intensive speech-therapy summer program for children ages 3 to 7.

Kristofer Brock, assistant professor in human communication studies, will supervise therapy sessions led by graduate students at the speech and hearing clinic Mondays through Thursdays in Room 150 of College Park for two sessions, June 6-16 or June 20-30. One session is $180. The eight-day sessions are offered 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 12:15 to 2:45 p.m.

Graduate students studying communicative disorders will gain work experience while conducting daily sessions at Titan Tykes Speech Station. The clinic will have daily themes to enhance the children’s world knowledge and assist in their communicative skills with peers.

Anyone interested in the summer intensive therapy program, should contact Sherri Wolff, clinical services coordinator at swolff@fullerton.edu, or 657-278-3997.
