Join Total Wellness Oct. 8 at noon in College Park, Room 730, for an in-person workshop on creating a healthy mind and addressing burnout hosted by Cal State Fullerton’s Employee Assistance Program.
Burnout can cause people to feel exhausted, detached from their jobs and inefficient in all areas of their lives, but creating a healthy mindset that is flexible and adaptable to the stress of everyday life is a remedy for burnout.
