On Feb. 20 at 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., the Office of Emergency Management & Continuity will conduct two campuswide evacuation drills in collaboration with the campus community, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The safety of the Cal State Fullerton community is the priority.
The drills are proactive measures to ensure that everyone is prepared in the event of an emergency. Campus community members should take this opportunity to familiarize themselves with emergency protocols, remain aware of designated exit routes and gather at the appropriate assembly points.
The planned evacuation drills are designed to enhance overall preparedness and response protocols. CSUF PD asks that the campus community follows all instructions from first responders and building marshals as if it were an actual emergency. In the unlikely event a real emergency occurs during this time, the campus will be notified immediately, and further instructions will be provided.
The community’s cooperation is essential to the success of this exercise. Do not re-enter buildings until the “all-clear” is given by official personnel.
