TitanHEALTH and TitanWELL Health Promotion Services will host a series of events during National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week from Oct. 20-22 to increase awareness and educate students about alcohol risks and impaired driving. This weeklong initiative will include events that highlight key themes of alcohol safety, harm reduction and sober curiosity.
“National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week is an important opportunity for our campus to come together, connect with students and encourage conversations about making safe choices around alcohol use. Our goal is to empower students with the knowledge and tools to navigate college in ways that support their health, safety and academic success,” said Nina Tran, health educator for TitanWELL’s Substance Intervention and Prevention team.
