The Division of Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment Management invites the campus community to celebrate First-Gen Week 2025: Proud to Be First-Gen from Nov. 3-7. This weeklong celebration highlights Cal State Fullerton’s continued commitment to supporting first-generation students, faculty and staff, while fostering an inclusive campus environment for all.
Cal State Fullerton was granted its designation as a First-Gen Forward Institution in 2022 for its ongoing work in supporting the first-generation college student population on campus. Today, over 31% of the university’s more than 45,000 students identify as the first in their families to attend college.
