Cal State Fullerton’s High School Equivalency Program helps prepare migrant farmworkers and their families for the opportunities available through education. This April about 100 farmworker students and their families took part in University Day, a day filled with workshops, activities and campus tours.
With the “Pollak Library: 60 Years of Community Service” exhibit a nod to the university’s 60th anniversary, the library is “uniquely positioned to add an alternative perspective using the library itself as the lens,” says exhibit curator Trish Campbell.
