Join the Pollak Library in supporting the freedom to read all kinds of books! Participate in the library’s “Borrow a Banned Book” activity, scheduled Monday and Tuesday, October 2 and 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in PLN-130 – Pollak Library North. If you borrow a banned/challenged book using MEESCAN (an app that allows you to check out items yourself instead of going to the circulation area) at the event, you’ll be entered in our raffle to win a prize! There will also be kiosks where visitors can scan/insert their campuswide ID and then scan the book to check out.
The winner of the raffle will be announced on Friday, Oct. 6 on the Pollak Library Instagram. We are excited to see you there!
