Dallas Stout, ’94, BS Human Services, a lecturer in the Department of Child and Adolescent Studies, was awarded a $10,000 2022 Vision Initiative Program award by the Picerne Family Foundation. The foundation created the Vision Initiatives Program to foster and support mental/behavioral health professionals and educators to propose “the project of their dreams.”
Stout will apply this funding to Tara’s Chance, a group that is dedicated to promoting the physical, cognitive and social well-being of children with special needs.
