California State University Systemwide Learning & Development presents its upcoming webinar “Your Fearless Year: Unmask Your Fears and Release Your Potential” by Natasha Halliday. This engaging webinar will be an opportunity for university faculty and staff to address some of their biggest fears and focus on practical skills, self-discovery and resilience-building techniques to face limiting fears. It will also explore the concept of imposter syndrome and strategies to manage uncertainties with self-assurance and a proactive attitude.
This will be a live webinar hosted on Jan. 22 from 10-11 a.m. The webinar will be recorded and all employees are welcome to attend. Registration for CSU’s Got Talent 2025 is required.
