On April 18, Cal State Fullerton’s Extension and International Programs office invited students from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona, to campus to learn more about university resources and opportunities.
Through a collaboration with Outreach, Recruitment and Orientation, the CSUF Extension and International Programs team provided the students with a campus tour and CSUF highlights presentation. The group included 50 students and their chaperones. Attendees came from different backgrounds, including international, domestic and Native American students.
Mesa Community College chose CSUF for this annual university trip because of its diverse resource centers, international student spaces and student-centered programming. The goal is to build this partnership into the future, so that Mesa Community College students can visit campus again next year.
