CSUF Police to Conduct Routine Test of the Emergency Notification System

Share This:

The CSUF Police Department will be conducting a test of the CSUF emergency notification system on Tuesday, April 30, at 9 a.m. This test is a routine measure to ensure the effectiveness and readiness of the system in the event of an emergency.

Please note this is only a test, and there is no need for evacuation or action.

During the test, you will receive information via email, text and phone, encouraging you to silence your mobile device if you’re engaged in an activity where notifications will be distracting. While they do not anticipate any disruption to your daily activities, the department appreciates your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions regarding the test, please email Marissa Garza at magarza@fullerton.edu.

The CSUF Police Department values your feedback and is committed to keeping you informed about matters related to your safety. If you would like to share strengths or challenges regarding CSUF’s emergency communication after the test on April 30, please fill out the feedback form.
