Employee Wellness Center, Total Wellness and the Staff Development Center invite faculty and staff to an Employee Wellness Center Open House. The Monday, Feb. 12, event will introduce faculty and staff to the Employee Wellness Center and highlight all of the benefits it offers.
The EWC, located in the Kinesiology and Health Science Building (KHS 001), is dedicated to promoting well-being and overall health. Wear comfortable clothes and treat yourself to a great workout using the exercise equipment, join a rejuvenating yoga session or sit in on an instructional session on “Exercise and Fitness” or “Finding Your Motivation.”

‘Exercise and Fitness’ instructional session led by Koren Fisher
Koren Fisher, associate professor of kinesiology and an expert in exercise and fitness, will conduct a complimentary instructional session and share valuable insights and tips on incorporating exercise into your daily routine for a healthier lifestyle. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and discover new ways to prioritize your fitness.

‘Finding Your Motivation’ instructional session by Kathleen Wilson
Kathleen Wilson, professor of kinesiology, will help motivate and provide you with the desire and willingness to fulfill your goals. If you cannot find a reason and lack motivation to get started, join this session.
