New Instructor Seeks to Shape Future of HR Management

Cal State Fullerton University Extension is excited to welcome Christopher Orozco, a new instructor in its Human Resources Management Certificate program.

Orozco is a seasoned business and HR leader who brings more than 16 years of experience as an executive specializing in human resources strategy and organizational development. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Cal State San Bernardino. He is also an enrolled member of the Pit River Tribe in Northern California and serves on the tribe’s economic development corporation board of directors.

Orozco is passionate about breaking through the limitations of traditional HR processes to discover and implement innovative solutions that best serve employees. He views HR as “a social force with the capacity to spark change in communities through great workplaces.”
