Daisy Del Cid, a graduate of CSUF’s HR Management Certificate Program, had only been working in HR for a little under 2 years when she enrolled in the program.

“What’s great about this program is that you don’t have to have experience,” Daisy said in an interview with EIP. “There were several different types of students who were in my classes, from students who were just thinking about changing their major and going into HR, to others who had over 6 years experience.”

Daisy also discussed how the HR Certificate Program changes semester by semester, ensuring that students get the latest information and have up-to-date experience for when they enter the work field. “I have spoken to people who’ve taken the certificate program before me, and also to those who took it after me, and there were differences which is wonderful to know, because HR is always evolving.”
