Starting Monday, March 18, 2024, the Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation Transfer Form will be automated through the ServiceNow portal on the foundation website
Key Benefits of the Automated Workflow
- Efficient approval process: The automated workflow will streamline the approval process for forms.
- Accessible anytime, anywhere: Department heads, delegated account signers and report viewers can now conveniently approve forms from any location and on any device.
- Real-time tracking: Requesters will have the ability to track the approval status of their forms through the ServiceNow system.
Transition Period
To facilitate a smooth transition, the foundation will temporarily accept approved PDF forms. During this period, both automated and PDF processes will be accommodated.
Action Required
- Starting Monday, March 18, 2024, use the ServiceNow portal on the foundation website to access and submit the Transfer Form.
- If needed, during the transition period, approved PDF Account Setup Forms will be accepted until April 30, 2024.
