ServiceNow Philanthropic Foundation Transfer Form Going Live on March 18

Starting Monday, March 18, 2024, the Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation Transfer Form will be automated through the ServiceNow portal on the foundation website

Key Benefits of the Automated Workflow

  1. Efficient approval process: The automated workflow will streamline the approval process for forms.
  2. Accessible anytime, anywhere: Department heads, delegated account signers and report viewers can now conveniently approve forms from any location and on any device.
  3. Real-time tracking: Requesters will have the ability to track the approval status of their forms through the ServiceNow system.

Transition Period

To facilitate a smooth transition, the foundation will temporarily accept approved PDF forms. During this period, both automated and PDF processes will be accommodated.

Action Required

  • Starting Monday, March 18, 2024, use the ServiceNow portal on the foundation website to access and submit the Transfer Form.
  • If needed, during the transition period, approved PDF Account Setup Forms will be accepted until April 30, 2024.
