Spend the day at Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary Saturday, Oct. 26, for a daytime look at nighttime animals. “Creatures of the Night,” held from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., features guided nature hikes about the animals that live at Tucker and family-friendly activities such as pumpkin-carving, crafts and more.
Costumes are welcomed and reservations are required. Cost is $7 per person and children under the age of 4 are free. Reservations may be made by calling 714-649-2760.

- Saturday, Oct. 19, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., ice cream social, and open house at the home of Madame Modjeska, 1:30-3 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 27, 11 a.m., “Slinking and Slithering” family scavenger hunt and hike.
