Impacts of Telework Options on Worker Outcomes in Local Government

Myungjung “MJ” Kwon, professor of public administration, and Mikyong Kim-Goh, professor of social work, recipients of a 2018-2019 Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity grant, utilized the grant to collect survey and interview data from local government managers, supervisors, and employees regarding the perception, benefits, and challenges of telework. Their resulting telework research has been published in Review of Public Personnel Administration which is a highly ranked human resource management journal (https://doi.org/10.1177/0734371X221121051).
