Ioakim Boutakidis, professor of child and adolescent studies, was interviewed for the cover story, “Supporting Boys’ Success in the Classroom,” in the just-released issue of the American Psychological Association’s Monitor on Psychology. The story focuses on the challenges boys and men are facing in schools and what we may be able to do about it. This comes out of the work Boutakidis, and Matt Englar Carlson, professor of counseling, are doing as members of the APA’s National Taskforce on Boys in Schools.
