Nickelodeon and Cal State Fullerton present “Happy Happy Joy Joy: Art and Artifacts From 25 Years of Creator-Driven Cartoons” at the Begovich Gallery April 16-May 22. “A Creators’ Talk” panel discussion and Q&A with animation visionaries including the creators of “Rugrats” and “Doug,” as well as other creative talent, will open the exhibit April 16.
