Rocio Prado is determined to achieve her dream of working with refugees and victims of sexual trafficking and Cal State Fullerton’s SOAR Program (Strengthening Opportunities, Access and Resources) is helping her achieve that dream with advising, academic resources, professional development and networking opportunities, as well as an Elevar Scholarship.
