Cal State Fullerton President Mildred García has joined nearly 800 college and university presidents across the country in urging Congress to pass legislation to protect beneficiaries of the DREAM Act.

A tentative agreement between the university system and the California Faculty Association will extend the current bargaining agreement for two years.
