Senior Stacy G. Guzman is this year’s recipient of the Glenn Nagel Undergraduate Research Award from the Cal State University Program for Education and Research in Biotechnology. A scholar in several CSUF research programs, she aspires to earn a doctorate in chemical biology.
A champion for student success, Berenecea Johnson Eanes has been selected to receive the California State University’s 2018 Wang Family Excellence Award and will be recognized at the Jan. 30 CSU Board of Trustees meeting.
Long-time softball head athletic trainer Julie Max has been selected to be the next recipient of the Judi Garman Determination award. She will receive the award Saturday, Jan. 27.
Marcelo Tolmasky, professor of biological science, is the 2018 Andreoli Faculty Service Award Winner, an honor given by the California State University Program for Education and Research in Biotechnology. He will be honored at the Jan. 13 CSU Biotechnology Symposium Awards Banquet.
